Welcome to the Nuvu Jewel website, owned and operated by NUVU JEWEL TRADING ENTERPRISE, a registered company in Malaysia (“Company”, “Us”, and “Our”). Stated Terms and Conditions will govern customers’ (“You” or “Your”) usage of the Nuvu Jewel online store (“Services”). This includes website visit, purchase of products, communication or interaction with us. By accessing or using this service, customers agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to below Terms, do not use any service provided by us.
1. User
In order to access our services, customers are required to register for a user account. Whereby you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for any activity that occurs under your account.
2. Ordering
When placing an order, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure information is correctly entered. NUVU will rely on information provided to fulfil an order, any missing information or misinformation to be changed should be done with customer service on our Instagram or Email. A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours of order submission. It serves as a binding contract between NUVU and the customer. If no confirmation email is received, please contact our customer service on Instagram or Email. NUVU reserves the right to reject an order due to unforeseen circumstances (such as website stocking issues etc.). Customers will be informed through an email or DM. All products presented on the Website subject to availability, in the case where a product is no longer available (though shown as available during purchase), customers will be notified by email or DM for a refund.
3. Price
All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Conversion to other currency(s) are available within the website, all quotations are done automatically on the website (includes the final pricing to be paid). Be noted that, all quotations done are done in regard to the exchange rate of the day, referring to the original price in MYR. The company reserves the rights to change any product’s price at any time without further notice. We might change, limit, or terminate any offers, sales, or discounts at any time. Confirmed order’s prices will not be affected in the event of price changes.
4. Delivery
(a) Products will be delivered to the address specified by the customer. Delivery is expected to occur within 7 to 14 business days following order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays in Malaysia. Please note that the stated delivery timeframe is indicative and should not be considered a strict deadline. The company is not liable for any compensation or refunds should the delivery period be exceeded. Additionally, the company will not accept responsibility for any losses or damages resulting from delays in delivery. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of order placement. NUVU Jewel will not be liable for any missing or delayed items due to inaccuracies in the address provided by the customer. (b) The company will not be held responsible for any mismanagement or issues arising from the third-party delivery services utilised. Customers are advised that any concerns or discrepancies related to the performance or conduct of these services should be directed to the respective delivery provider. The company encourages open communication and will assist where possible, but ultimately, the responsibility for the delivery service lies with the third-party provider. (c) This site offers both self-pickup and third-party delivery services. Details regarding self-pickup will be coordinated directly between the company and the customer, who is responsible for initiating the discussion regarding pickup arrangements. Delivery fees for services such as Lalamove and Grab will be determined based on the agreed-upon delivery date and time established between the customer and the company.
5. Product Images
Product images displayed on the site are for illustrative purposes only. Nuvu Jewel is not liable for any discrepancies or misleading representations of colours in these images. Variations in monitor settings may result in differences between the colours of products as shown on our website and the actual items. Please be aware that the product may differ from the images presented.
6. Payment
NUVU accepts payment from: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, FPX Online Banking, Atome, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and e-wallets Be noted that the billing name should match to the details on the credit card used for payment. As mentioned, the currency exchange rate will be fixed on this site depending on the day, preferred currency can be chosen by customers who choose to use a foreign currency-denominated credit card. Available payment methods are subjected to changes by NUVU at any time. All available methods of payment are those indicated in the website at the time when the orders are being placed. All purchases require bank authorisation to battle fraud, only authorised payments’ orders will be processed and shipped.
7. Modification of T&C
NUVU holds all rights to modify Terms of Purchase at any time with a notice on the site to all customers. Any modification done will be applied to any purchase on the site, therefore, all customers hold the responsibility to regularly check and understand the latest Terms & Conditions before making a purchase.
