1. Member Tiers
Basic Member
Entry Requirement: Free (RM0)
Silver Club Membership
Entry Requirement: RM5,000 spent
Platinum Club Member
Entry Requirement: RM30,000 spent
Diamond Club Member
Entry Requirement : RM80,000 spent
2. How to Earn Loyalty Points
1 RM = 1 Loyalty Point
For every RM 1 you spend at NUVU, you earn 1 loyalty point.
Point Awarding Process:
Loyalty points will be credited to your account once your order status is changed to "Shipped." Expect to see your points in your account shortly after that.
Point Expiration:
Loyalty points expire every year.
For example, the current loyalty points will expire on 31/12/2025, then the next expiry date will be 31/12/2026.
3. How to Redeem Loyalty Points
100 Points = RM 1 Cashback
You can redeem RM 1 for every 100 loyalty points you’ve accumulated.
Redemption Limit:
You can use your points to cover up to 10% of the total order value as cashback. For example, if your order total is RM 500, you can apply up to RM 50 worth of points.
4. Additional Information
(a) How to Check Your Points:
Log in to your account on the NUVU website to view your current points balance and track your spending.
(b) Eligibility for Cashback:
Points can only be applied to purchases once you have reached a minimum threshold of 100 points.
